Penke Bar & Bistro offers tasty western Asian fusion dishes in a cosy and vibrant location in Upper Wadano by the Sakka Express Quad chair. Open daily between 7am and midnight. Come and listen to some live music in the evenings or come and warm up by the fire pit after a long day skiing

Breakfast is available until 11:00am and at 11:30am its lunch's turn to shine. Happy hour arrives at 3pm and last to 6pm, those indulging in happy hour enjoy discounted drinks and a Snack/Après menu.

Then from 6pm its diner time, our asian fusion menu and our attention to detail has been the talk of Hakuba for years.

9pm diner service finishes and it time to enjoy some nightly live music, a cocktail or two and for those peckish our Snack Menu is available until 11pm.
